Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is your body's response to anything that requires attention or action. Everyone experiences stress to some degree. The way you respond to stress, however, makes a big difference to your overall wellness. Rejuvenation therapy in ayurveda helps tone the skin and strengthen body tissues to facilitate longevity. The overall resistance of the body also increases through the optimization of "Ojas" and "Sattva".
Ayurveda fundamentally believes that a healthy mind is the source for a healthy body. This program helps you to manage and reduce the effects of stress, depression and melancholy through following therapies:
ABHYANGAM; It is a specialized Ayurvedic body massage. The massage is designed around each individual to suit his or her disease or condition. Abhyangam will increase the production of white blood corpuscles and antibodies, which provide more immunity against diseases. Abhyangam also enables the improvement of immunity towards changes in the environment. This special massage is a protector, preserver and a rejuvenator, increasing confidence and will power.
STEAM BATH; This is a perspiration technique to experience the magical effects of the herbal steam. This will open up the energy channels, reduce stiffness and pain, and relaxes & rejuvenates the body. We combine a steam bath with and an oil massage to generate more impact.
MUKHALEPAM; The application of a mask made up of herbal powders and fruits over the face, followed by a gentle massage made of saffron cream are included in Mukhalepam. This treatment gives a glowing appearance to the face.
SIRODHARA; ‘Sihra’ means the head and ‘Dhara’ means the continuous flow of liquid. In this process selected herbal oils, medicated milk, medicated buttermilk etc. are poured on the forehead in a rhythm for 40 minutes. Sirodhara can be used against stress, headache, mental tension and certain skin diseases. This therapy starts with a 10 minute head massage.
Udwarthanam; The massage is a therapeutic deep tissue massage which is performed with rubbing oil and herbal powder applied in upward strokes. The intensity of the massage generates heat which then melts the excess fat in your body. It also works very well to improve the immunity and lymphatic flow of the body.

Pick up and drop from Trivandrum Airport / Railways station.
Boat transfers from Poovar Boat Jetty.
Welcome drink on Arrival (Non Alcoholic).

Doctor’s Consultations, Ayurveda Therapy, Massages and Medicines during the stay.
Daily Yoga sessions (07:00 - 08:00 hrs).
Usage of Ayurveda Swimming pool with proper swim dress.

One hour back water cruise during the stay.
Use of Coffee / Tea Maker in the room with one-time replacement per day.
Half an hour walking mandatory either in the morning or in the evening.
Complete abstinence of alcohol, cigarettes and other junk stuff during the period is mandatory.
Valid medical investigation reports to be carried(if there is any serious medical condition/medication).

You will be accommodated in Superior Land cottages which offers spacious rooms painted in soothing pastel colors. Bathrooms are supplied with a complete range of toiletries. The rustic beauty of the surroundings can be enjoyed in four-star comfort as the resort provides all of the amenities that an avid traveler expects. All the cottages are secluded to ensure maximum privacy.

(i) For cancellations received before 30 days or more 100% refund;
(ii) For cancellations received before 14 days or more 50% refund;
(iii)For cancellations received less than 14 days in advance of arrival no refund is made.
