Please read these terms of use carefully as they contain important informations about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.

By using the Medyatri you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

I. Terms of use are subject to be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of the platform administrator without incurring any liability therefor.

II. The administrator reserves the right to deny platform access to any person or organisation without specifying any reason whatsoever.

III. You must register an account to access certain features of the Medyatri.

IV. Unless expressly allowed or directed by administrator you may not create any listing on the platform.

V. Medyatri at its sole discretion may enable or disable the features for its members to upload content such as; text, images, videos, etc on the platform.

VI. You may be charged a subscription or convenience fee in consideration to the usage of the platform. Any applicable fee will be notified before it becomes effective.

VII. Bookings once confirmed can not be cancelled. Unconfirmed bookings may be canceled and any refund arising out of such cancellation will be credited to the linked account of the user within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

VIII. By using the platform you acknowledge that Medyatri is an online enabler of the services offered by third parties. You may give reviews and ratings on the platform and Medyatri can't be held liable for the services offered by the parties concerned.

IX. We welcome your feedback, comments & suggestions to help improve our services. Please note that any feedback you submit on the platform might be visible to the public.

X. The platform may contain links or hyperlinks to other websites. Terms of use at those websites will differ. Those third party services are not an endorsement by Medyatri.

XI. If any of the aforementioned terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable such provision will be struck and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.

By using the Medyatri platform, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy, in addition to the terms of use. To use the Medyatri platform and it's services it is mandatory that you provide us the following information. Some of these information are manually provided by you and some are collected automatically. By using the platform and it's services you acknowledge to provide us the same.

(i) Personal Information. While signing up to create your profile, you will have to provide some information such as first name, last name, email address.

(ii) Listing Information. To create a listing on the Medyatri platform you will have to provide some additional information such as phone number, address, profile picture. Also, detailed information about the concerned listing.

(iii) Payment Information. In order to process a transaction you may have to provide us some information ( such as bank account details, debit card, credit card, UPI, etc.,) to complete the payment.

(iv) Communication Information. When you choose to communicate with other members or service providers on the platform, the information provided is collected by us.

(v) Platform Usage Information. We collect information about your usage patterns, interactions, pages that you view, searches that you make, content that you upload etc,.

(vi) Location Information. We may collect location data from the device used to access the platform. Some of the services provided by us require you to enable your location sharing.

(vii) Cookies. We use data collection devices such as "cookies" etc., to understand the user interaction with the platform.

II. Data Usage

We may store, process and use the information collected from you to understand, improve and develop the platform features and services.

III. Account

All registered users have an option to request account deactivation. You may also permanently delete your account if there is no outstanding dispute or claim pending on your account. However, upon resolution of such claims your account will be permanently deleted and can't be recovered thereafter.
